Mandate Cancellation Request
A NACH (National Automated Clearing House) or ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) cancellation request stops automatic monthly payments from your account for things like phone bills, electricity bills, instalments, insurance premiums, or loan EMIs.
You can now submit your mandate cancellation requests online. Just fill out the form and click Submit. Your cancellation request will be processed within 7 working days, as long as all terms and conditions for cancellation are met.
How to Submit Your Mandate Cancellation Request Online
- – Fill in the required details in the form, including your name, UMRN (Unique Mandate Reference Number), bank account details, and reason for cancellation.
- – Submit the form by clicking the “Submit Your Request” button.
